O meu objectivo é de transmitir/partilhar aquilo que ando a fazer, para quem quiser ver. Vou tentando actualizar sempre que possa, e que valha a pena, aquilo que ando a fazer para os lados de Orientação e do atletismo!

Here I am to launch me for the world of the Blog' s, plus one in the way of many. =P
The reason i'm doing thys, is to transmit/share what i am doing nowadays, for everyone who want to see. I will try to bring up to date the blog whenever i can, and always it be necessary, what i'm doing for the sides of Orienteering and Runing competitions!
